How do I exchange or return an item?
Your order includes a return sheet with our return address. Visit our Returns Page for full details or contact our support team. We’ve made the process simple because we want you to be happy with your purchase!

It's been more than 5 days—where is my order?
We use a print-on-demand system, meaning each garment is custom printed just for you. Here’s what to expect:
✔️ 3 days for production
✔️ 2 days for UK delivery
If your order is delayed, don’t worry—we’re working to get it to you as quickly as possible!

When will you release the next Spitfire custom motorcycle?
We build a new custom motorcycle each year, just in time for the London Bike Shed Show. We also share behind-the-scenes looks at our client custom builds throughout the year.
