Shipping & Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase we offer full refunds (minus any postage costs) or exchanges. 

 

Step 1 - Please send your item back to us, and we will refund the item as soon as we receive it. 

Step 2 - Re-order the item you want. We do it this way for a couple of reasons, it will get your new item to you quicker and guarantees the size/item that you need as long as we have it in stock.

 

Please send your item back to us within 28 days, and we will fully refund your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not damaged or faulty.

 

Exchanges need to be in the original unworn condition.

All returns and exchange items need to be sent within 28 days or actioned with an e-mail.

All Shipping is processed through UK Royal Mail

 

UK Prices:

Royal Mail Tracked 48hr - £3.95

Delivery usually takes 4-5 working days. 

While most orders are processed the next working day, please allow time for us to print, pack and dispatch your order. 

Please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us.  

Europe

Delivery Method - Tracked international shipping - £8.95

Delivery takes 3-9 working days. 

All EU orders are dispatched via Whistl.

Tracking can be found in your dispatch email with a tracking number. 

Once in your country Whistl will hand it to a national courier service to deliver to your door. 

USA:

Delivery Method  - Tracked international shipping - £9.95

All USA orders are dispatched via whistl and given to UPS to deliver to your door.

Tracking can be found in your dispatch email with a tracking number. 

Delivery usually takes 4-9 working days. 

You will not be charged any import fees. 

 

Rest of the World:

Delivery Method - Tracked international shipping - £8.95

All orders are dispatched via Landmark Global and given to your nation courier to deliver to your door.

Tracking can be found in your dispatch email with a tracking number. 

Delivery usually takes 7-20 working days.
